Do you like playing table tennis? Not played for years but would like to start playing again? Play for fun or like to win? Live in or near Shirley in the Croydon area? Spring Park Table Tennis Club could well be for you!
We meet on Wednesday evenings at Shirley Community Centre, Shrublands Evenue, Shirley, CR0 8JA. (See LINKS page for map.) We start at 7:45pm and pack up at 9:45pm. You can stay to play as many or as few games as you can manage and there’s time for.
We cater for all ages – from 16 to 100. All are very welcome – whatever their level of play. We are a friendly club and you will be made to feel welcome whatever your table tennis goals.
Our season is from the second Wednesday of September to the last Wednesday of June, breaking only for Christmas. We play doubles on the last Wednesday of each month, singles every other week. (Our singles games are played to 21, our doubles to 31.)
You are welcome as a visitor (£5 a week) then if you like us (as we’re sure you will) any visitor’s fees paid to date will be deducted from the annual membership.
